Overview A Patient Relations Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. They are responsible for ensuring that all patient inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. They must also be able to provide accurate information to patients and their families regarding their medical care and treatment. Detailed Job Description A Patient Relations Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. They must be able to answer patient inquiries and address any concerns in a timely and professional manner. They must be able to provide accurate information to patients and their families regarding their medical care and treatment. They must also be able to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. They must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. • Previous customer service experience
• Previous medical office experience is preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
