Key areas of responsibility: Assist with newsletter management, webinar management, social media management (LinkedIn, Twitter etc)

Manage content writing and maintain a content calendar and produce/collaborate on engaging content appropriate to different media types.

BA/BS in marketing or 1+ years of experience in social media, marketing, communications, or a related field is required.

Nice to have: Experience and/or understanding of popular keyword tools (Google Search Console, SEMRush, etc)

Assist in all aspects of marketing including marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

Proven time management skills and ability to be flexible to meet job demands and take on new initiatives and improvement efforts.

A willingness to learn/knowledge of the industry behind this hyper niche market.

Experience interacting with a wide range of people, including customers, designers, contributors, and suppliers.

Analyze our current baseline social media performance advertising, identify opportunities for growth and implement.

Knowledge of project management practices and experience working on multiple projects/deadlines

Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress and/or Drupal, preferred

Build out and manage landing pages that encapsulate both design and development.

Manage the broader Press Ganey solutions, including: reputation manager, local listings, and reports and notification.
