Ruder Finn is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing integrated marketing team. This person should have a genuine interest and curiosity about digital brand strategy & reaching a target audience, with experience executing paid media to help meet business objectives and drive optimized client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with competitive & category research
- Lead social monitoring/community management across a variety of clients
- Take part in internal and client meetings/calls to discuss strategy, creative and activation to support client business objectives and retailers (brick-and-mortar and online, including DTC)
- Assist in reporting/pulling metrics for client reports with an understanding of platform analytics & Google Analytics/GA4 (Shopify, etc. is a plus)
- Stay up to date on current digital marketing/social media channel trends and updates, sharing with the team on how the changes/updates may impact or improve campaign results
- Set up & optimize social media advertising campaigns including, but not limited to, A/B message testing, audience segmentation/development, and metrics reporting (META experience required, LinkedIn, TikTok & Twitter experience a plus)
Additional Areas of Opportunity
- Support influencer marketing programs including, but not limited to, research & list building, pitch development, contracting, outreach, content reviews, and managing internal tracking spreadsheets
- Draft/ideate client social media content and formats with the team, help in content creation (images, short-form video, Reels, captions, etc.) and schedule approved social content
Qualifications
- You are a digital native yourself, active in social channels and inquisitive on new channel offerings
- Great energy, curiosity to do and learn new things to support agency growth and offerings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle tasks for multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented, organized, and dedicated
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital/Integrated Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing/advertising for consumer brands, additional experience in influencer marketing a plus
- A self-starter who has strong problem-solving skills and is always curious to learn more; is driven to own your work and responsibilities
- Confident presentation skills

The anticipated salary range for this position, at the time of posting, is $55,000 - $65,000. The salary of the applicant selected for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, education, internal equity, geography, relevant years of experience, certifications, skills, abilities of the selected applicant, and other job-related qualifications. In addition, a range of medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available by the company.
