Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsible for documenting sponsored elements through photography and video proof of performance.

Assist the Corporate Partnership team with all coordination and execution of hospitality and special events tied to Timberwolves games.

Work with Corporate Partnerships and Marketing to coordinate sponsor premium giveaways: set-up, storage and distribution of materials.

Ability to work nights, weekends and potentially holidays.

Experience building out partnerships with E-commerce companies.

Market knowledge within the CX/CS/E-commerce space resulting in a professional network of strong industry relationships.

Prior experience with project management tools for task coordination.

Adapt quickly to handle different tasks and responsibilities as required.

2+ years experience in a similar role.

Experience in building campaigns, creating landing pages, lead generation forms, emails, and workflows within Hubspot or similar platform

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to handle various admin tasks efficiently.

Proactive problem-solving attitude to address challenges and adapt to changes in responsibilities.

Communicate directly with brands and brand agencies, clients, managers, record labels, and promoters

Project manage deals, with accountability for the implementation, fulfillment and tracking of all deal deliverables and key items

Minimum of 10 months of professional administrative or equivalent experience

Attention to detail, strong organization and problem solving skills are a must

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality

Track all contracts, leads, talent ideas, and deposits surrounding past, current and prospective partnership deals

Excellent organizational, time, and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently

Support the Partnerships team by providing project management and cross-functional support in the launch of new partnerships

Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, advertising, strategy, media research, finance, or consulting

Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including Excel modeling skills

Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency in summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides

Previous experience in advertising sales, a media/tech company or consulting/investment banking preferred

Organization, distribution and management of creative assets and partner submissions as needed.

Some prior knowledge/experience with and an interest in video games, LBE, and/or live events.

Ability to identify and incorporate industry knowledge and trends to improve and evolve product opportunities

Mac and PC proficiency and experience with Word, Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite is desired.

Track status of projects and business development efforts and support team projects as needed, including taking meeting notes.

Assist in managing third party promotional and licensing partners day to day activities and requests.

Proficiency/level C in English. Working knowledge/level B in French desirable.
