Designing and implementing marketing campaigns

Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, focusing on SEO and paid advertising.

Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Solid knowledge of website analytics and data analysis to drive insights and recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of convention planning and event management, including logistics, budgeting, and lead generation.

Coordinate logistics for event participation, including booth setup, staff scheduling, travel arrangements, and budget management.

Create, update, and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, case studies,

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in marketing and/or event planning roles, preferably in the medtech or healthcare industry.

Assist the national and local teams in both the creation and review of sales and marketing emails.

Help to promote our local programming by creating events on various social media platforms to drive sales.

Pull and analyze program sales data in order to help the team to prioritize the most relevant content for sales emails.

Create and update marketing materials such as email templates, seasonal assets as well as assist with other graphic design requests.

If local to one of our markets, there is the potential to provide marketing support during our in-person events.

Document the business requirements for campaigns that will be coded and developed by the campaign management data team.

Use Messagepoint content management application to self-serve editing existing templates.

Knowledge of PBM, Pharmacy and/or Health Plans business model and benefit plan design is beneficial

Strong understanding of PBM landscape and formulary management.

Familiarity with content management applications (CMA) such as Messagepoint, Smart Communications, OpenText Exstream, DocuSign, etc., is a plus although not required.
