Assist with the proper setup and breakdown of the banquet area

Relay food and beverage orders to banquet guests.

Attend appropriate training to maintain knowledge of regulations and techniques concerning the consumption and serving of alcoholic beverages.

Minimum 2 years experience in Food and Beverage industry.

Collect inventory for an event while keeping a detailed inventory.

Collect and count the bank from the cashier’s office.

Stock sufficient quantities of various beverages to meet the needs of the shift.

Maintain a clean, neat, and safe bar and lounge area.
