We are hiring immediately for a part-time BARTENDER position.

Provide guests with an excellent experience and maintain high service standards throughout the banquet operations.

Adhere to set standards, procedures, department rules and sanitation requirements

Some banquet experience preferred, especially in a restaurant or food and beverage department in a hotel, resort, or similar industry

Excellent customer service and communication skills to ensure guests needs are met

Knowledge of banquet service concepts

Ability to manage multiple tasks

Ability to satisfactorily communicate in English with Guests, Management, Staff and co-workers to their understanding

3 or more years of previous banquet experience, preferably in a four-diamond property.

Knowledge of effective office organizational practices

Meets and exceeds customer expectations.

Follows department standards with regards to portion control, cost control, and profit maximization.

Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.

At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management

Maintains compliance and knowledge with all departmental policies, procedures, and standards

Maintains knowledge of all restaurant services/features along with local attractions/activities in order to accurately respond to guest inquiries.

Knowledgeable of designated glassware and garnishes for drinks, all bar menu items, preparation method/time, portion sizes, garnishes, presentation and prices.

Maintain complete knowledge and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons and drunk driving.

Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts

Must possess good communication and organization skills

High school diploma or GED

Must have (or have ability to receive) Indiana Liquor License
