Overview The Park Operations Division Director is responsible for overseeing the operations of a park or recreation facility. This includes managing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility. The Division Director is also responsible for budgeting, planning, and evaluating the effectiveness of the park operations. Detailed Job Description The Park Operations Division Director is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a park or recreation facility. The Division Director is also responsible for budgeting, planning, and evaluating the effectiveness of the park operations. The Division Director will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as other stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in park management, recreation, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in park operations

• Valid driver’s license
