Packaging Designer Beauty Jobs

2-4 years of design experience. A broad understanding of design strategy methods and practices is required.

Packaging and systems experience, understanding of how to realize a physical product from concept through to actualization

Experience with dielines and preparing artwork for production

Strong skills within Adobe Creative suite - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Indesign and Photoshop (Aftereffects and Premiere is a plus)

Experience in the food and beverage industry strongly desired

Salary range $70,000 to $100,000 dependent upon experience

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

5+ years of professional design and packaging development experience.

1-3 years of experience in CPG is preferred.

1-3 years of experience in the food industry a plus.

• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, deadline driven.

• Strong knowledge of beauty trends to create thumb stopping art for packaging

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials, including plastic and glass component production

• Knowledge of printing techniques on primary and secondary cartons

• Package development experience, preferably in beauty

• Strong and refined typography skills

Collaborate with Art Director, VP of Creative, project managers, and designers to deliver assets for internal meetings and production

Manage time constraints across all design projects

4+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing or creative agency

Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially the following:

Knowledge of photography, illustration, typography and digital formats preferred

Solid design skills in print, packaging and displays collateral

Partner with Department Director in maintaining Excel based Project Management Tracker.

Project Management and Continuous Process Improvement Acumen.

5 years + Packaging Design experience focused heavily on Production.

Expert knowledge of Adobe Illustrator CC, Photoshop CC, and InDesign CC.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Copywriting/editing experience is a big plus.

2 - 3 years studio or in house experience as a graphic designer taking projects from concept through completion

Digital + photography interest or experience

Brand design background and style guideline experience, 360 visual identities

The Associate Designer will engage with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive brand andgraphic design projects from ideation and strategy to execution

In this role, you will report into the PLNA Tea Business to drive design from ideation thru conceptdevelopment, refinement, and execution

Creating high quality brand design solutions in a rapid paced, high-output environment

5-10 years of experience in graphic design

Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web

Experience in Adobe CC - specific proficiency in Adobe XD

Ideal experience in design/branding agency or beauty/lifestyle brands

Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field

Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
