Develop and manage user adoption efforts for the online learning subscriptions and learning management system (CSOD)

Manage vendor onboarding, contract renewals, payment scheduling along with larger Talent Management budgeting process

Respond and interface with clients and prospects as needed and requested

Contribute to the onboarding plan of new market clients as the market grows

Execute the onboarding plan for new market clients

Assist leadership in solution delivery across Valiant's Language Services portfolio

Establishing best practices and identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies

Work closely with functional leadership to coordinate support for contract personnel

Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all subcontractor activities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field

Strong influence management and interpersonal skills, ability to gain organizational consensus.

Drive overall supply chain capabilities by running plant wide implementation of TPM, true efficiency, and team development.

Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, proven by successful completion of a major improvement project.

8+ years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse required

Experience in implementing TPM initiatives across multiple teams

· Experience in operations management, project management, and implementing best practices for organizational effectiveness.

Priority areas for the Senior Manager over the initial 12 months include:

· Manage day-to-day processing of accounts receivables and payables using QuickBooks.

· Administer payroll, employee benefits, and organizational insurance.

Analyze headcount planning results, assessing current and future business risks, prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting

Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth across all business units, coordinate weekly calls to track status

5-7+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting or sales strategy/business operations roles

Experience with quantitative analysis and financial modeling

Excellent communications and presentation skills

Experience with SQL, Tableau (or similar analytical packages) a plus
