Job Description
Redaptive is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead and manage our compensation, benefits, and HRIS functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR operations, possess strong analytical skills, and exhibit exceptional leadership abilities. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs while also managing the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management and reporting. In this role you will continuously evaluate existing compensation, benefits, and HRIS processes for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement. You will participate in strategic discussions to align HR operations with organizational goals, contributing insights and recommendations. This position reports to the Global Chief People Officer.

Job Responsibilities


Compensation and Benefits:


  • Address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular market analyses to ensure competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design incentive programs, performance-based compensation plans, and recognition initiatives.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies aligned with the organization's goals and industry best practices.


HR Information System (HRIS) Management:


  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to enhance HRIS capabilities, streamline processes, and troubleshoot any system-related issues.
  • Create and generate reports, dashboards, and analytics from the HRIS to assist in strategic decision-making and compliance reporting.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in HR technology to continuously improve the HRIS system.
  • Manage the organization's HRIS, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data, maintaining data integrity and security.


Compliance and Reporting:


  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards in relation to compensation, benefits, and HRIS practices.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to maintain adherence to data privacy and protection regulations.
  • Prepare and submit required regulatory reports accurately and in a timely manner.


Team Leadership and Development:


  • Manage workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient execution of departmental responsibilities.
  • Lead a small team of compensation, benefits, and HRIS professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting professional growth and skill development within the team.


Job Requirements/Qualifications


  • Exceptional knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Have an ergonomically correct and functional work-from-home workstation set up; amenable to a hybrid of working from home and in an office setting in the Denver Metro Area, Colorado.
  • CPP, CBP and/or CEBS certification.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in HR operations, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and HRIS management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
