Hr Operations Project Specialist Jobs in Tennessee

Partner with HR Team members to ensure employees on leave of absence are paid accurately, manage retroactive deductions for benefits.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple and/or time-dependent activities

Conduct training for employees, managers and new hires to ensure utilization of the HR System is understood.

Conduct retroactive adjustments for salary/wages, deductions (general and or benefits) or overpayments

3+ years of HR Systems experience, Ceridian Dayforce experience a plus

2+ years of payroll experience

Employee Benefits and Compensation Management

Employee performance management and goal setting

Review, updating and management of core process documents

Performance management, including appraisals and disciplinary actions

Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Administer Payroll, vacation and sick days
