Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a call center environment

Intermediate computer skills (Windows, Excel, and Word)

Good communication, customer service, interpersonal skills and cross-cultural competency.

Demonstrated knowledge of proper English grammar in speaking and writing

Strong project management and implementation/operational skills

7 years experience in marketing, market research, pricing/ reimbursement, outcomes research or managed markets or business development

Manage analysis and price forecasting of Oncology Brands and Business Development Opportunities.

Knowledgeable about product development and commercialization process

Experience successfully leading cross functional matrix teams

Strong financial and analytical skills

Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with program requirements and industry regulations.

Prior experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare setting, with exposure to patient access programs, reimbursement, or market access preferred.

Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations, such as HIPAA and PDMA, is an advantage.

Collaborate with the Patient Access team to ensure effective implementation and ongoing support of copay assistance, free drug, and reimbursement programs.

Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings, program performance metrics, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Develop dashboards and data visualizations to provide real-time insights on program utilization, patient enrollment, and financial impact.

Proven change management skills and the ability to lead partnerships across projects and multidisciplinary teams.

Maintains management of patient access programs as needed, via effective matrix management. Works closely with staff supporting staff patient access programs.

Has strong oral and written communication skills to influence, inform, and guide global operational teams.

BA/BS or equivalent degree work experience.

Drives the creation and oversees the support of creating patient access asset level plans.

Identifies improvement opportunities and brings forward best practices to support patient access
