Computer Skills – Strong computer skills including Microsoft Tools, Warehouse Labor Management Systems, Labor Management Systems, and Power BI.

Management & Leadership – Ability to organize, provide direction, and lead a large team of industrial engineers to drive network KPI’s.

Project Management – Ability to develop, align, and implement through key project management principles.

Distribution Process – Knowledge of distribution center and supply chain processes.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Leading and managing team of 9 DC Industrial Engineers to include development, prioritization, managing expectations, and accountability to deliver Divisional KPI’s.

Knowledge and experience managing continuous improvement / lean manufacturing principles, Tier Boards, Kaizen, etc.

Minimum 10 years experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably metals.

Experience leading both unionized and non-unionized workers.

A bachelor's degree in engineering, or a closely related discipline.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. High emotional intelligence

In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes including returns, receiving, shipping and picking.

Foster collaboration and communication among different levels of management to drive operational excellence throughout all departments.

Work closely with managers and supervisor to create a problem-solving and improvement-oriented mindset within the management team.

Work with HR to Follow-up on performance management, attendance, employee appraisals, and safety.
