Master’s degree preferred – undergraduate and/or graduate education in Business, Industrial Management, Production Management or related fields required

Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent project management skills

Performance management: Develop and maintain all necessary reporting to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement

Familiarity with new product introduction, management of change, and root cause investigation is beneficial

Strong leadership in cultural change management & managing multiple complex priorities and business connections with direct and indirect stakeholders

Background in food science, chemistry, biology, or other experience in analytical characterization of bioproducts is preferred

BA or BS in Operations Management, Business, Engineering or related field. Masters strongly preferred.

3+ years of proven experience as a multisite manager. Past international or maquiladora experience preferred.

Understanding of program/project management fundamentals.

Manage all areas using Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Cash metrics

5+ years of P&L responsibilities.

This role will require relocation to Manitowoc, WI or surrounding metro areas*
