We are searching for a first-rate Business Coach specializing in the dental industry!

4.Knowledge of different learning styles and how they impact executive functioning skills.

1.Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

2.Proven experience working as an Executive Functioning Coach or in a similar role, specifically with neurodiverse students.

3.Strong understanding of executive functioning skills and strategies commonly used by neurodiverse individuals.

6.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, teachers, and other professionals.

5.Track student progress, maintain detailed records, and regularly communicate updates with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Facilitate weekly customer progress meetings remotely.

Manage project schedules with customers.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Sound judgement and excellent assessment skills

Ability to manage time effectively and to work in a high paced, high growth environment.

Contribute to the evolution of the Netflix executive coaching program and offering

Engage regularly with stakeholders to receive feedback and continually improve upon the Executive Coaching solutions offered at Netflix

Experience navigating cross-cultural nuances and/or cultural differences

Has experience as an internal consultant, coach or business partner

Is highly skilled at observing and navigating organizational culture and dynamics

5-8+ years of business leadership and/or strategy and operations experience across HR, finance, people management, and sales functions

2-5+ years experience advising entrepreneurs and/or business owners (attorneys or law firm owners a huge plus!)

Virtual facilitation, training, and coaching experience using Zoom

Strong leadership and organization abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience managing multiple large client accounts

● Experience working in a consulting firm a plus

● Partner with stakeholders to assess needs, establish goals, create and implement coaching strategies

3+ years experience and knowledge of Continuous Improvement management systems, Lean tools and approaches

Drive and manage project delivery by engaging the teams and utilizing project management tools and skills.

Have a good understanding of basic project management disciplines and change management principles/approaches, with experience of practical application.

Support the deployment of Continuous Improvement/Lean management systems across the Liberty footprint to improve performance and business outcomes

Be able to train, coach and influence leaders and teams in Continuous Improvement Management Systems and performance improvement approaches.

Must have an advanced level of listening and verbal communication skills, conflict resolution abilities and group facilitation skills.

Coaching experience or certification preferred. Dental administrative experience is a plus.
