Job Title: Executive Coach (Contract)

Job Overview: Bright Arrow Coaches will be contracted, working remotely (occasional travel to meet with clients may be required) to provide Executive Coaching services.
Contracted Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance in complex situations toward conflict resolution strategies
- Through active listening, understand a client’s needs and goals to help them find clarity for personal and organizational growth.
- Provide excellent executive coaching to Bright Arrow clients on assignment
- Professionally communicate with executive leaders using your Bright Arrow email address
- Learn and deliver the Bright Arrow signature approach to coaching
- Fulfill obligations and coaching milestones for each client contract
- Update monthly reports for each engagement, documenting coaching goals and results achieved during client coaching
- Provide timely resources and follow up as needed for clients
- Provide business and industry acumen to help guide the coaching approach
Contractor Minimum Requirements:
Experience consulting with or coaching executives (VP and above)
Coach Certifications:
- Certified by an ICF credentialed coaching school with an up-to-date PCC certification
- Certified to administer one or more professional assessment (such as DiSC or Hogan)
Prior to becoming a coach:
- Experience managing a minimum of 10 direct reports
- Served on an executive or leadership team
- Experience presenting to or serving on a Board of Directors
- Be able to articulate your approach to direct report/talent development from that chapter of your leadership
- Experience managing a P&L and or developing and managing an annual budget for your department
Bright Arrow will be accepting and reviewing applications until June 9th, 2023.
