Position Summary:

The Executive Coach has one to 20 clients at any given time. They maintain the relationship, hold their clients accountable, instruct and teach one-on-one with clients on how business may be accomplished using the Sea-Level Operations principles and core values. The Coach ensures the client experience is the best possible following company processes and procedures. This position requires a high level of independence and strong client service and skills. Organizational ability is also important to keep track of all tasks. Accurate and timely tracking their work, and related documentation including timesheets is required.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develops knowledge of EOS and coaching best practices
• Conducts 1:1 coaching sessions for a diverse set of partners
• Documents time spent and results achieved during partner facing activities
• Identifies valuable partner facing content and works with Academy Content team to produce thought leadership articles

Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:

• Ongoing self-training to preserve professional viability is a must
• Ability to handle conflict situations effectively, with a minimum of noise
• Ability to develop people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals
• General knowledge of IT applications, business processes, and software
• Strong organizational, presentation, and client service skills
• Ability to see ahead to future possibilities and translate them to breakthrough strategies
• Experience leading people and getting results with a strong client orientation
• Experience in EOS preferred
• Experience with planning and preparing written communications
• Experience with PSAs for IT providers
• Skill in strategic planning with an ability to think and plan ahead
• Ability to paint a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to action
• Ability to apply knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization’s goals
• Willingness to attend industry events

Required Education & Certifications:

• B.A./B.S. in related field or equivalent work experience
• Must have 5+ years of experience working at an IT MSP in operations or similar leadership role

Compensation:

• Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Denver Metro area market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
• Qualified candidates can expect a salary beginning at $108,000 plus incentives, depending on experience
