Project management in Innovation- Commercialization or R&D work experience in CPG- ideally in the food industry

Design Thinking experience or certifications a plus

Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.

Confident and skilled at guiding the team through organizational road-blocks to allow Sprints to be completed on time

Experience with Jira/Confluence and Miro or other similar whiteboarding tool is an advantage
