The Onboarding Administrator – Human Resources is responsible for the following:

• Developing and implementing onboarding processes and procedures that are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinating with hiring managers and other departments to ensure that new hires have all necessary paperwork and information prior to their start date.
• Assisting with the development of onboarding materials and resources, such as orientation packets and training materials.
• Scheduling and conducting orientation sessions for new hires.
• Working with the IT department to ensure that new hires have access to the necessary systems and tools.
• Assisting with the development of onboarding surveys and feedback forms.
• Assisting with the development of onboarding programs and initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate records of all onboarding activities.
• Providing support to new hires throughout the onboarding process.
Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
