10-15 years organizational change management experience with a professional services / consulting background (Director / Executive Level Resource)

Experience facilitating change management of some kind of financial ERP system implementation / upgrade

Build detailed OCM work plan for communications, training, organization activities working closely with Program Management Office Communications and Training Lead

Monitor and report regularly on change efforts and progress via common project management activities such as status reporting
