Solid knowledge and experience with ABM, ABX

10+ years of experience in multi-family community operations or management, preferably with experience in Military, Student, Market rate, and/or Affordable.

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Working knowledge of property management software programs

Build, train, and develop opportunities for growth for the property management leaders & team members.

Communicate effectively and with appropriate detail to Executive management regarding the status of the operating strategy and results for each market.

Oversee major contract work, prepare CAP X and operating budgets and manage results with assistance of Regional Facility Director.

Support sea logistics operations teams in industry-related questions/requirements (point of escalation)

Host and support customer workshops to foster customer collaboration and showcase Kuehne+Nagel knowledge and commitment to the Healthcare industry

Experience in Seafreight Reefer business and minimum 5 years working experience in the Seafreight industry

Excellent knowledge of healthcare supply chain needs

Collaborate with Healthcare Vertical on business development and growth

Implementation and support of the Kuehne+Nagel HealthChain product portfolio

Prepare and present monthly reports on manufacturing KPIs and metrics to senior management

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in manufacturing management, operations, business, engineering, or related field

Experience leading and building a team of managers/leaders

Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials, wip and finished products

Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks with excellent attention to detail

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Minimum of 10 years Student Housing experience

Detail-oriented and strong communication skills

Minimum of 3 years in a multifamily RVP/VP role

Must be able to travel as needed

Must be based in Atlanta

Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical requirements

1 year of CDL driving experience (or equivalent Military experience)

8+ years of relevant Procurement or Logistics experience required, preferably in Consumer-Packaged Goods company.

Experience negotiating cost variables with transportation providers leading to successful outcomes of over $20M in value.

Experience working with enterprise level logistics systems, such as a Transportation or Yard.
