Assisting with copy, graphic and calendar creation across all social media channels

Increase social media campaigns by meeting content calendar deadlines

Possess a blend of strategy, technical, creative, analytic and project management expertise

Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with brand messaging and drives engagement with our target audience

Manage social media platforms to support our content calendar

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to inform and engage via written and visual media

Basic photo and video editing skills and software usage

Basic knowledge of the insurance and/or mortgage lending industries

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Support Community Manager by engaging with customers and followers across social media in alignment with each brand’s values and mission.

You have previous internship experience in beauty or a related industry.

Assist with the production of content shoots as well as supporting on the ground during any shoots.

Surface key learnings from our community to Social Media Director and leadership team.

Stay abreast of key industry trends, competitive insights, and industry leaders in social media.

Excellent organizational, project management and problem-solving skills to juggle multiple responsibilities at once and consistently meet deadlines.

Excellent organizational & time management skills including high attention to detail and rigor

Own community management by responding to comments & actively engaging with customers & influencers posts.

Create & Execute our customer's content calendar across all existing social media channels & manage postings.

Manage external content creation via influencers, photographers and brand ambassadors

Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
