National Manager Property Operations Jobs

Proven ability to lead diverse cross-functional teams across multiple time zones and high-pressure situations with and without formal management authority.

Lead partnership with internal stakeholders and Business Systems team to identify, document and implement all required deployment operations system requirements.

Coordinate across other Sony business units on technical and process collaborations needed to best enable a “One Sony” experience

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIPS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXECUTION

Manage logistics and coordination for important milestones including business planning (e.g. BP Kickoff, BP Tool)

Minimum 5 years-experience, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.

Prior experience in field sales and/or field marketing considered

Knowledge of sales and marketing business processes

Manage internal contributors in sales and marketing to achieve buy in on project goals and process

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

High proficiency in the use of Microsoft business products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) including excellent data management and manipulation capabilities, preferred

Proficiency with PeopleSoft and OneStream, or experience with similar corporate management software, preferred

Manages and supports the monthly/annual scheduling process for the designated region

There is no formal education requirement for this position.

Maintain knowledge of union contracts, rules, and labor rates

At least 5 years of experience working on-site for a trade show general contractor. Supervisory experience a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Supervise production of trade shows

Place union labor calls: schedule and supervise union labor

Meet planning and production deadlines

Experience with property management or related (training will be provided)

Act as lead management decision-maker for the campus during evening and overnight shifts

Strong customer service skills and experience

Business Administration or Sports Management degree

Schedule, direct and manage property maintenance projects ensuring the proper care of the campus

Approach responsibilities with ability to think strategically, plan thoughtfully and execute efficiently and effectively.

15 or more years of previous business/operations management experience in a real estate operations environment

Work closely with Regional Directors to ensure property management revenue, expense, staffing and training goals are achieved

Support change management in the organization to ensure proper documentation and training is provided to impacted employees

Ability to effectively manage a diverse group of remote managers

Ensure all training requirements are completed timely

7 or more years of supervisory experience
