National Operations Supervisor Jobs

The National Operations Supervisor will oversee the on-site production of trade shows. They will serve in an operational leadership role by supervising the following: operations pre-planning, groups and/or multiple people on a job site, and projects/project completion.
Essential Job Duties

• Enforce safety rules and company best practices
• Supervise production of trade shows
• Ensure timecards are coded correctly for accurate job cost reporting
• All other duties as assigned
• Control labor expenses and minimize overtime
• Meet planning and production deadlines
• Treat all internal and external customers with courtesy and respect, as outlined in our Blue Diamond Customer Service Program
• Place union labor calls: schedule and supervise union labor
• Follow all payroll procedures and submit payroll timely and accurately
• Maintain knowledge of union contracts, rules, and labor rates

Requirements

• Bi or multilingual a plus
• Ability to perform as a responsible ESOP owner
• At least 5 years of experience working on-site for a trade show general contractor. Supervisory experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
