Support business initiatives on the launch of new products and offerings; including, new kit development and operational readiness.

5+ years in Operations / Supply Chain experience, within e-commerce / Pharma / Medical device preferred.

7+ years in Operations / Supply Chain experience, within e-commerce / Pharma / Medical device preferred.

Identify and implement key performance metrics (KPIs) to monitor the health of Consumer Operations (i.e. forecast accuracy and volume attainment).

Document key operational process and create / maintain new SOPs.

Implement cost savings initiatives across operational function of the business.
