Multifamily Assistant Project Manager Jobs in California

3 – 5 years experience in multifamily asset management

Strong management skills, with an ability to work independently and multitask

Responsibility for overall portfolio management and profitability

Oversee 3rd party property management firms to ensure optimal property performance through strict systems and controls

Complete property inspections as part of monitoring property performance, management execution and property capital needs

Provide recommendations and implement changes for property improvements based on thorough analysis and experience

Strong knowledge of property management principles, leasing practices, and relevant laws and regulations.

Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar role in the multifamily housing industry.

Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of property managers and staff.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, owners, and team members.
