Multifamily Assistant Project Manager Jobs in District of Columbia

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Multifamily real estate operations, or asset management.

Strong underwriting skills, financial management, and budgeting.

Serve as lead relationship with on-site 3rd party property management staff.

Assisting in the cash management and cash planning for improvements and distributions.

Collaborate on developing tools and infrastructure necessary to perform the Asset Management functions.

Take part in due diligence efforts on new developments, directly overseeing areas focused on operations.
