Multifamily Assistant Project Manager Jobs in Arkansas

7+ Years of Construction Management experience

Lead the end-to-end project management lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing

Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and upcoming milestones.

Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resource requirements, and budget estimates

Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Experience in ground up is essential on projects ranging between $30M- $70M

Minimum 3 years of processing escrow files and/or transaction management experience

All management tasks assigned and directed as needed

Manage and track milestone events in the escrow timeline of properties in escrow

Minimum 3-5 years of commercial and/or residential income real estate experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in an environment of changing priorities

Review contracts, ensure transaction timelines are conveyed internally, and coordinate due diligence so that all deadlines are met
