Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

Day: Friday Night / Saturday Morning

Shift: 12 am – 8 am

Clean building floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming

Remove waste and empty trash

Replenish cleaning and maintenance supplies

Utilize the 24/7 work ticket system to manage equipment and parts inventory, repair orders and preventive maintence

Experience managing budgets, maintaining spare parts inventories, and ordering equipment.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and to build collaborative relationships that motivate and encourage performance even without direct reporting relationship.

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with all levels in the organization in a variety of settings and group sizes.

Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, and developing staff and ability to monitor performance and to hold individuals accountable for outcomes.

Proactive self-starter with proven ability to manage multiple tasks while under tight deadlines.

Will manage the capital investments of the area to maximize productivity in supporting the sales and marketing function.

Ensures compliance with environmental, Company safety issues and DOT requirements.

Minimum of 5 years of similar experience in the agriculture industry.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills; ability to lead, communicate and motivate teams.

Knowledge of the Agriculture Industry and the various products and equipment that support the sales effort.

Experience: 1 year retail or sales specific management experience

Support sell-through management by ensuring accuracy of inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries.

Implement the Store Manager’s Operations vision for the store and cascade to team members.

Plan and prepare weekly team member schedule according to labor requirements, availability, and budget considerations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure an optimal guest experience that values guests’ time and supports store operations.

Leadership role indirectly responsible for subset of store employees as delegated by Store Manager

Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility management; working in the nonprofit sector in a social justice, arts, or cultural organization preferred.

Proficient computer skills, especially using Google Workspace, timekeeping and leave management and other online systems.

Manages and coordinates the maintenance/custodial staff including scheduling, time off requests, performance management, and coaching/mentoring.

Diverse, working knowledge of HVAC systems, Geothermal systems, fire alarm systems heating, cooling, electrical and/or plumbing is a requirement.

Reports all needed repairs immediately and discuss solutions to fixing and requirements with the Operations Director.

Supervises facility usage, operations, equipment maintenance and the setting up and coordinating of events with the Operations Manager and Director.

Bachelors degree with 1-3 years administrative or facilities management experience

Translate team’s objectives and strategies into detailed requirements of executable deliverables by effectively utilizing all resources available

Execute ad hoc project implementation and support other team members’ projects as needed with data acquisition, analysis, and admin support

Bilingual in English and Korean

Strong leadership, management and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's Degree in building construction management or technology, architecture or structural engineering, or a related field

Experience may substitute for education on a two (2) to one (1) year basis

Approving all occupant load content requirements

Demonstrates 10 years' combined experience as an architect, engineer, plans examiner, building code inspector, registered or certified contractor, or construction superintendent

Previous public sector experience as a Building and /or Code Compliance Director preferred

Experience in paints and coatings industry and inferred with architects, developers, government projects in the construction space

Product Focus, building own leads, work on leads provided by company or country manager

Degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Investment or equivalent preferred
