Educate Advisors and clients about the MSFO offering, in partnership with management.

Strong organizational and process management skills

Keep track of open client requests and report progress to management.

Create client presentations, marketing, and educational materials.

2-4 years of experience: Financial services and/or consulting background is a plus

Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to thoughtfully craft client-facing presentations

2+ years of experience in finance, investment management, or in a related field.

Monitor activities of existing investments/managers and their adherence to investment policies.

Schedule, participate in, and take notes on quarterly investment manager conference calls.

Perform the screening and analytical portions of the manager search process.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting

Experience with Solovis, Bloomberg, Factset, Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Morningstar desired.

Experience in a production environment working with cross functional teams.

Problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis

Develop and implement plans to support lean manufacturing

Minimum of 3 years of experience in consulting, financial services, business management/ strategy, wealth management and/or other related fields

Strong interpersonal and process management skills

Build solid relationships across WM Division and control groups, including the Risk, Legal & Compliance, Operations, Finance teams.

High level of attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Creating and delivering concise and effective presentations to communicate the business strategy across products, segments, and channels.

Be results oriented and quickly turn around high-quality work in a challenging environment

Training or experience in bookkeeping, data management, secretarial and office administration preferred

Training or experience in computer utilization. Windows products familiarity.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

High School diploma or demonstrated equivalent competency required

Must type a minimum of 50 words per minute

Ability to be flexible, organized, responsible and a team player.

Support senior managers with the completion of project objectives, including tracking and reporting on progress of ongoing projects

The role requires a self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
