Minimum Position Qualifications & Education Requirements:

Perform responsibilities required of Selectors and Customer Attendants as needed per company guidelines.

Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce Manager is unavailable.

Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and invalid temperature types to the Store e-Commerce Manager.

Basic knowledge of math (adding and subtracting)

Experience in a production oriented environment

Inform Facilities Manager of equipment/supply needs, performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Ability to operate forklift, pallet-jack and hand-truck preferred. On-site certification available.

Assist with electrical/mechanical maintenance, safety systems, and equipment upkeep, for all departments with related maintenance and repair work

Assist coordination of facility and grounds needs for contracted/3rd Party support

Assist with landscaping & grounds duties, to include:

Upkeep of all grounds including plants, trees, lawn areas, irrigation systems

Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction)

Any experience in a production-oriented environment or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience

Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness

If target cycle is not being met, work with machinist & Production Manager to optimize

If target cycle time is not attainable, ask Production Manager to report to Operations Manager
