Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain, Identity management on platforms using Azure Active Directory and Active Directory Domain Service.

Implement, tune, and manage network technology. Ensure compliance with IT security requirements, policy, and best practices.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging tools and technologies.

Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.

Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.

Develop and deploy Group Policy objects that optimize the org’s global security posture as well as enhance end user workflows.

5 or more years of pertinent experience, including proven expertise in administrating and overseeing a Microsoft 365 tenant

Proficiency in Active Directory, M365, and AD Domain Migration through hands-on experience

Microsoft Systems Engineer- 100% Remote

While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, a high school diploma is required

Background in Cloud or on-premises virtualization

Profile management utilizing the VMware User Experience Management (UEM) toolset

2+ years of experience supporting data management platforms and integrating databases using SQL, or other languages.

System Administrative duties to include management of Windows and Linux workstations on EVDI and physical

Bachelors with 4 years or more of experience or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience

Investigate user performance and work with external teams to improve user experience

Excellent customer-facing presence, communication, and account management skills

Review and manage network and system security

Manage Active Directory administration and configuration

Manage security on NAS mounts

Configure and manage offsite backups and disaster recovery

Ensure all servers have the latest patches and updates

ConnectWise Manage ticketing experience is a plus

Cisco Duo identity and access management technologies

Work in cloud-based technologies, including Microsoft Azure, Office 365 and private cloud offerings

Provide hands-on experience with virtualization platforms, such as Microsoft Hyper-V or VMware vSphere

Design, configure, maintain, and monitor WAN and VPN connections to remote divisions

Minimum five, ideally ten, years’ experience in a systems focused engineer role

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform administrator and tenant management/administration

Minimum 8 years of experience with IT applications design and development

3-5 years of experience with conducting and participating in design reviews and code reviews

5+ years of experience with developing and reviewing SDLC work products and artifacts

Experience with using Agile development methods and processes

Experience with development or migration of SharePoint applications

Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

Experience administrating Microsoft 365 applications including: OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI

Experience administering Azure AD, ADFS, Group Policy, and Okta, SSO

Fully proficient knowledge on server architecture and understanding of virtualization technologies, storage systems, enterprise security practices, and replication technologies

Fully proficient understanding of SQL scripts and other scripting languages, and experience with batch automation and automation tools

Clear & concise oral & written communication skills

Can coordinate support and change activities with other teams, e.g. database management, infrastructure configuration, quality assurance testing

Knowledge and skill to restore critical services as part of the yearly D/R rehearsal

Have prior experience participating in system administration support role involving a 24x7 rotational on-call support team

Manage system security, including access control, patching, and vulnerability management.

At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft system administration, including experience with Active Directory, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint, and Windows Server.

Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE) are a plus.
