You skillfully balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve simple and elegant solutions

You have advanced Analytical skills (SQL a plus)

Shape and define our platform and ops strategy based on quantitative and qualitative data

Partner with product and engineering to drive changes to the platform, owning go-to-market for product launches

You want to affect change every day and can operate in energizing environments

You enjoy solving problems and can translate high-level goals into executional plans

You have an ability to build cross-functional partnerships at all levels across technical and non-technical teams to achieve common goals

Excellent business writing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of managements and influence strategy

Collaborating with Client Management stakeholders and partner teams on key initiatives to drive and enable growth

Expertise in SQL and Tableau required; knowledge and experience with Python a plus

3+ years' data analytics experience
