Associate degree or 2 years of recent experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping (Required)

1 year of experience as a Membership Specialist I or in a role with reconciliation experience (Required)

Must have proficient skill using Excel, Word, and Windows-based applications

3 days will be phone shift work

Identify, resolve, and document complex reconciliation discrepancies, process refunds, request transfer of premiums, reinstatements, and insufficient fund issues

Process new enrollment or eligibility changes, maintaining accurate and comprehensive notes

Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on data analysis and insights; Multifamily experience strongly preferred.

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.

Experience in conducting market research and utilizing data to drive marketing strategies.

Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.

Deconstruct and document subscription system errors to determine root cause

Remediate activation, update, renewal, and other plan life-cycle event errors

A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the project management field for an agency or on a creative team

Salary Range: $74,100 to $105,600 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits

Previous experience in a MSP/MSSP role would be nice but not required.
