About the Job:

The Production Analyst II – Delivery is responsible for helping to shape and build an integral part of the future of the delivery platform within the Digital and Ecommerce space at Taco Bell. They will work with internal stakeholders and third-party delivery platforms to ensure we can offer a great experience for our customers and delivery providers, while focusing on the technical aspects and innovation within their space. They utilize cutting edge tools and employ observability practices to perform their duties, ensuring they stay at the forefront of technical involvement. This role will report to the Manager – Production Engineering as part of a larger overall innovative team.

The Day-to-Day:

• Perform final validation tests on various mobile and web-based applications, reporting on, and offering feedback on areas for improvement.
• Build expertise in Delivery applications and initiatives while also learning aspects of modern SRE practices and terms, such as SLIs, SLOs, Observability, Toil, and incident response with blameless postmortems.
• Communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including third-party platforms, on issues, upcoming changes, and updates to system health.
• Work to become a Subject Matter Expert within the Delivery application space at Taco Bell.
• Work with and adopt Agile practices while participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Understand and monitor the Delivery application environment for performance, availability, and correctness of transactional data.

Is This You?

• Knowledge of third-party delivery aggregators, modern observability and monitoring tools, and generating regular reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Science, or other related fields of study; OR any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education, and training
• At least 2+ years of experience working on a team supporting software, systems, infrastructure, or support of large-scale applications/services on cloud platforms like AWS, preferably within a SaaS Environment.
• Follows comprehensive and systematic problem-solving methods.
• A desire to become proficient with one or more programming languages, and to learn and do more in your career.

Salary Range: $74,100 to $105,600 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
