ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Analyst to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in marketing and hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implement tracking mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Market Research:
  • Analyze marketing campaign data to identify key performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to segment customer groups and identify target audiences for tailored marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to assess the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Utilize market insights to propose innovative marketing initiatives that enhance LeaseLock's market position.
  • Suggest improvements to digital marketing tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions and share insights to enhance overall marketing strategy.

  • Draw actionable conclusions from test results to drive continuous improvement.

  • Develop key messages which resonate with target audience
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop personalized marketing strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall company goals.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in conducting market research and utilizing data to drive marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing performance.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on data analysis and insights; Multifamily experience strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with marketing trends and continuously seeking improvement opportunities.


COMMON QUESTIONS

What is the pay range for this position?

  • Our pay ranges are wide to allow for adjustment based on relevant experience and geo-location; those with less experience and in a lower cost location can expect to land lower in the range; those with more experience and in a higher cost location can expect to land higher in the range.
  • The base pay range for this position is $69,000 - $103,000 annually.
  • Our offers also include a corporate or incentive bonus target and early stage stock option equity.

Where is this role located?

  • We are a remote first organization, so we are fine with anyone located within the United States working remotely from their current residence.
