Overview A Medical Assistant Preceptor is a healthcare professional who provides guidance and instruction to medical assistants in the workplace. The Preceptor is responsible for teaching medical assistants the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties and responsibilities. The Preceptor also provides support and guidance to medical assistants in their day-to-day tasks. Detailed Job Description The Medical Assistant Preceptor is responsible for providing guidance and instruction to medical assistants in the workplace. The Preceptor will teach medical assistants the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job duties and responsibilities. The Preceptor will also provide support and guidance to medical assistants in their day-to-day tasks. The Preceptor will also be responsible for evaluating the performance of medical assistants and providing feedback and guidance as needed. Job Skills Required
