Prior experience processing either Managed Care or Medicaid rebates preferred

Understanding of either/both Medicaid or Managed Care rebates

Bachelor’s degree preferred; focus on Accounting, Finance, Business or related field of study preferred

Minimum 1-2 years of pharmaceutical experience within commercial and government contracting preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Sound analytics skills to perform work with attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Process Improvement: Provide insights and recommendations for improving operational efficiency, internal controls, and risk management based on audit findings.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Previous experience in auditing or a related field is advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to analyze financial data and identify patterns, anomalies, and potential areas of concern.

Implementation experience of the 27001 standard.

Minimum of two (2) years of general office experience

Call hotels to request folios for checkouts and partials daily

Call hotels for resolution on customer problems

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service in a human services environment, business, or comparable education and experience required.

Prepares forms from DHCF and tracks the participant’s recertification with DHCF to make sure they are approved year to year.

Supports PACE4DC, LLC (d/b/a Edenbridge PACE) finance department in the validation of Medicaid payments and revenue cycle as needed and requested.

Maintains professional affiliations and any required certifications.

Experience working with DHCF long-term care or with a frail elderly population is preferred but not required.

Extensive knowledge of community resources available to seniors and their families.

Applying professional accounting knowledge and understanding of general business operations to difficult and complex chapter 7 and chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in New Orleans, LA 70130

Providing a variety of related accounting and auditing services associated with chapter 7 and chapter 11 matters.

Ensuring debtor’s compliance with required forms and documents.

As an Auditor in a field office, the typical duties will include:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Finance / Accounting, MIS, or Risk Management)

Oracle eBusiness Suite (or other ERP systems) experience and working knowledge

Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Operations, IT / MIS, Information Security, or Enterprise Risk Management)

Minimum four years audit experience, including internal auditing lead role and incorporating risk assessment, planning, audit execution, and issue/report writing

Professional certification [such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)]

Working knowledge of internal auditing processes

Combination of education and experience:

The work is sedentary and is performed primarily in an office setting.

Pay Plan, Series and Grade:

Knowledge of internal auditing, internal controls, risk management, and finance and accounting practices and methods.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s)

Audits department activities for compliance with management’s plans, procedures, policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

Certifications are desirable but not required.

Working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Minimum two (2) years of experience in health plan management

Understands and actively manages ongoing adherence to local, State, and federal regulatory and programmatic requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration or related field

Manages implementation of strategic plans developed in cooperation with the Plan leaders

Maintains intimate familiarity with Contractual requirements and stipulations

Four (4) to six (6) years of experience working in healthcare operations

Gathering requirements and documenting JAD sessions

Experience working with state Medicaid systems

Understanding of requirements gathering in accordance with federal, state, and CMS guidelines

Prior experience with Business Intelligence systems desired

Experience with state government procurement methods desired
