Company Description
- Support receipt and tracking of invoices and customer payments
- Support ongoing customer relationships
- Analyze and provide trend insights
- Support department projects and initiatives
- Processing of claims that support a variety of business processes for a large base of pharmaceutical manufacturers
- Participate and collaborate on ad hoc projects
- Formulary and script level validation
- Understanding of either/both Medicaid or Managed Care rebates
- Setup and maintenance of customer contracts and membership within the rebate system
- Execute various reporting activities required for customer compliance
- Analyze rebate calculations for consistency and accuracy, research variances and resolve disputes and issues
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Sound analytics skills to perform work with attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; focus on Accounting, Finance, Business or related field of study preferred
- Proficiency with managing, processing and reporting data
- Preferred candidates will have Revitas Flex, Model N, iContracts or BPI Contracts software experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of pharmaceutical experience within commercial and government contracting preferred
- Prior experience processing either Managed Care or Medicaid rebates preferred
- Ability to perform under tight deadlines and balance multiple customer assignments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical skills with Microsoft office applications, proficiency in Excel required
