Experience with 9001 and or 14001, 45001 and or 27001 standards

Implementation experience of the 9001 standards and or 14001,45001 and or 27001

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge/experience with Medicaid Lines of Business

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage time and identify opportunities to grow and excel as a team

Strong computer skills with an understanding of G Suite - Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets

Work collaboratively with the internal Field Operations team to establish (remotely from the central office)

High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience.

Medical Assistant, CMA, CNA or MEDIC/prior Combat Medic experience a plus.

Experienced in Excel, Google Sheets

Demonstrated STRONG organizational skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal skills

?Monitor to ensure the delivery of Exceptional Student Education (ESE) services is in accordance with Medicaid policies and procedures.

Monitor and review Medicaid claims to ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements.

Areas of Responsibility and Preferred Qualifications will include:

Develop procedures pertaining to Medicaid documentation and reimbursement. Ensure compliance and implement training programs.

Generate and distribute reports in response to and in support of local, state and federal Medicaid audit.

Monitor and track changes to state and federal Medicaid rules, statutes, and guidelines for both direct and administrative claiming processes
