In-depth experience in change management process (ECO)

Resolve process issues related to materials management, warehousing, production control, logistics, distribution, and returns of finished goods and sub-assemblies

Working familiarity with IATA (International Air Transport Association) relevant requirements (DG certification is a plus)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills and experience using SAP a huge plus

Excellent organizational skills to manage and track transaction details

Provide weekly numbers to management and produce standard reports. Conduct additional analysis as necessary

Focus on the following responsibilities which have an impact on meeting sales goals

Support General Managers, Managers and Team Members

Build a top performing team of Managers and hourly team members through recruiting, training, and development for each store

Lead difficult conversations, manage performance, and resolve potential conflicts among Managers and / or Team Members in confidential manner

Ensure all Manager and Team schedules are written to optimize business needs and in a timely manner

Ability to provide basic technical support to translation and business management systems users.

Solid knowledge of linguistic theory. Understanding of and ability to identify literary figures and devices.

Broad knowledge of countries, history, culture, current events, customs, and values in the countries associated with the languages being translated.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency with operating systems and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools preferred.

Bachelor's degree in linguistics or related field.

Review’s material status reports to provide material delivery updates to Construction Management.

Provides training and workshops on Materials Management practices, standards, and methodologies.

Supports and collaborates with Construction Management and other team members on site materials management issues.

Ensures materials management personnel meet with field construction supervisors to coordinate flow of materials to the work fronts.

Solid understanding of material management and construction planning.

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Construction Management or Business with a concentration in supply chain.

Contract Execution: Possess a broad knowledge and understanding of executing and negotiating vendor contracts.

Schedule Maintenance, review and coordinate materials needed for set maintenance work.

Shipping and Receiving, coordinate timely processing of materials movements.

Stockroom Logs, review and confirm receiving records.

Restock Orders, crate restock orders for stockroom supplies.

Any combination of education and experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the classification duties and responsibilities

Experience working safely and effectively with dangerous animals Knowledge of zoonotic diseases and methods of preventing spread Effective supervisory skills

Knowledge of the care, feeding, behavior, and hazards of working with large carnivores and hoofstock .

Experience taking a leadership role on teams/committees

Three years of progressively responsible experience related to African animals, large carnivores and hoofstock OR

3 or more years of expert experience supervising animal care professionals

Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills

Previous experience working in a union environment

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to work any shift and overtime as required

Bachelor's degree or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing related field

Strong background in LEAN manufacturing systems

Ensure inventory and record integrity and maintain a positive working relationship with both management and union represented employee.

Manage multiple work teams in a fast paced, high volume unionized manufacturing environment.

Previous experience working in a union environment.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Lead the safety, delivery, cost, quality, and morale of hourly work teams.

A minimum of 4 years of barge tankering operations experience including marine barge loading and discharging operations is required.

Supports vessel and barge operations including loading and unloading operations during transfers.

Provides subject matter expertise to shoreside personnel regarding Marine tankering operations and resource scheduling.

Partners with Vessel Operations and Maintenance to improve the mechanical reliability and preventive maintenance programs for barge operations.

Responsible for procuring, vetting, approval of and dispatching of third-party tankerman companies for MPC Marine Transportation.

Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills

Provide direction and support in the allocation of resources appropriately in order to cover material handling responsibilities

Lead and manage unionized hourly personnel

Create a conducive work environment for the team(s) to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks

Handle basic administration of supervisory responsibilities and corresponding document

One or more years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook)

Must have prior multi-location management experience preferably in the fitness industry or comparable industry, No Exceptions**

Efficient and effective communication skills

Proven experience with a successful track record
