With no layoffs during the pandemic this family owned and operated franchise is a great opportunity!

Snowball Pizza Inc dba Domino’s Pizza has twenty locations and is growing across Orange and Osceola counties and is looking for Area Supervisors / District Managers with restaurant leadership experience to oversee territories within the franchises. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develop a strategy to hit all sales goals
  • Appropriately handle all disciplinary actions in a consistent manner
  • Provide weekly numbers to management and produce standard reports. Conduct additional analysis as necessary
  • Ensure adherence to all Domino’s standards
  • Actively listen to staff through conducting performance appraisals and provide appropriate follow-up
  • Ensure all local store marketing and national promotions are communicated to team and maximized
  • Administration
  • Attend weekly General Manager / Manager meetings
  • Enforce policies and provide appropriate actions as necessary
  • Build sales to meet company goals
  • Identify under-performing stores in district and develop plan of action
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all safety and security standards
  • Be accessible during all hours of operations
  • Oversee communication with other stores when safely / security issues arise
  • Uphold integrity of training systems
  • Communicate with each GM on weekly sales and profit numbers
  • Uphold policies and standards
  • Develop and drive strategies to achieve company service goals – DOT; Load Times, etc
  • Be aware of all local activities near stores – such as school schedules, festivals, etc. and communicate to stores
  • Enforce the use of interview and selection tools
  • Ensure each store is meeting operating plan by regularly reviewing financial reports and results
  • Build a top performing team of Managers and hourly team members through recruiting, training, and development for each store
  • Lead difficult conversations, manage performance, and resolve potential conflicts among Managers and / or Team Members in confidential manner
  • Lead the roll-out of national promotions for district
  • Ensure all personnel and stores have appropriate tools to operate business
  • Ensure product quality standards are followed at all times
  • Ensure area is appropriately staffed with Managers and Team Members
  • Ensure District stores are properly staffed and team is trained
  • Hold General Managers accountable for performance
  • Administer wage and benefits to district and ensure proper completion of HR forms. Includes verification of period bonuses
  • Ensure use of tools given to monitor standards such as self OER’s
  • Ensure Safety and Security standards
  • Maintain effective communication at all times
  • Facilitate and develop relationships with local communities and businesses
  • Focus on the following responsibilities which have an impact on meeting sales goals
  • Ensure area provides excellent customer service
  • Ensure all Manager and Team schedules are written to optimize business needs and in a timely manner
  • Create and develop strategies for increasing sales
  • Develop and enforce systems that drive training process
  • Coordinate with Director of Operations / Franchisee / HR to strategize on staffing and turnover issues
  • Develop and achieve Operating Plan
  • Ensure district responds to customer complaints in a quick and positive manner
  • Support General Managers, Managers and Team Members
  • Address all problems / issues in a timely manner and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide a harassment free work environment and follow all Human Resource policies
  • Identify what is important to Franchisee and present clear and relevant messages in a timely manner
  • Provide constant coaching and feedback when in stores
  • Build positive relationship with district and create a fun atmosphere
Additional Information
Compensation:
This is a salaried position, with benefits, and is bonus eligible. Competitive rate, based upon experience, educational background, and the interview process. Position is direct hire, full-time and benefits eligible.
