Job Title - Research Data Analyst

Location - Brooklyn , NY

2-4 years of work experience in marketing research, statistical or data analysis (or academic equivalent)

Excellent analytical skills and a high degree of business acumen

Experience in advanced analytic and statistical techniques related to multivariate and A/B testing, digital revenue attribution, customer segmentation, and marketing effectiveness

Evaluate customers' online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to marketing campaign ROI

Analyze A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations

Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions

Bachelor's degree required (marketing, economics, statistics) plus 3-5 years relative experience.

Advanced MS Excel experience required (pivot tables, vLookups, etc.)

Experience with Python a Plus

BI Tool Experience (Tableau, Looker etc.)

Excellent written and oral communication skills required.

Previous experience in drafting and coding surveys is a plus

Supporting in building and maintaining data management structures and tools for long-term qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.

Managing timelines for various analytics responsibilities and collaborate with the project manager to move forward respective workstreams.

Background in research and education, with prior experience on research projects analyzing student-level data

Assists Representatives in developing research skills.

2 to 3 years of experience in a direct marketing related role, preferably with both online and offline channel experience

Collaborate with Marketing and other departments to facilitate shared learning and cross fertilization of ideas and knowledge

2-3 years of data analytics experience; some experience in marketing analytics is preferred

Experience working with marketing, retention/CRM data and stakeholders is a plus!

Experience with DBT/data modeling is a plus!

Hybrid work - our HQ team has 2 days in and 3 days remote schedule.

Develop reports and dashboards in Looker, enabling all cross-functional teams to easily access data specific to marketing and customer performance

• Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Domo, or Tableau.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

Marketing Data Analyst - Suffolk County, Long Island

• Utilize your expertise in Excel to manipulate and transform raw data into meaningful and actionable information.

• Continuously monitor marketing performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and making data-driven recommendations.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and an MBA is preferred.

Prior experience in marketing analytics in a B2B and B2C SaaS environment

Prior experience analyzing and reporting on the performance of go-to-market activities (e.g., program return on investment, customer acquisition, attribution)

Experience with BI tools and data visualization

Written and verbal communication skills with technical/non-technical colleagues

Knowledge of digital advertising ecosystem and data sources (e.g., Facebook ads, Google Analytics)

Experience in a cross-functional or stakeholder-focused data role
