This job will be responsible for executing tactical aspects of the strategic marketing plan. Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Handles product photography and editing for social, web and image management.

Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize.

Manages marketing sample process, media samples, and vendor requests.

Manages design aspects of supplier marketing program.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, handling tasks such as time management, prioritization, and coordination with colleagues or external vendors.

Shopify Website Design and Management: Improve our Shopify Store's design and increase conversion

Google Ads Management: Enhance our paid marketing and iterate on the copy and ads

SEO Management: Set up and manage SEO for our website and Shopify store

App Design and Management: Provide customer driven designs and wireframes and work with engineering on implementation

Physical Product Design: Help design our unboxing experience end to end

Design Software Experience (Figma, Xd, Adobe, etc)

· Creative skills that help to develop a cohesive brand presence across all touch points

· Portfolio showing work you’re most proud of – showcasing your creative, design and software skills

· Participating in various creative projects by offering input and sharing ideas

· Utilization of brand colors, fonts, photography, layouts, and other design elements

Outstanding UI/UX capabilities, strong visual interface design competency, and brand/product thinking for both web and mobile experiences

12+ years of experience as Product Designer

Experience in being a strategic partner to engineering, product, and business teams

Effective communication, collaboration, leadership, and presentation skills

Interest in decentralized applications, and the potential of decentralized finance and decentralized identity
