Marketing Business Operations Coordinator I Jobs in Texas

One to two years of experience with project management and/or marketing operations

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks, deliverables, and budgets (where applicable)

Assist the Marketing Operations Manager with maintaining the request system to streamline the project input and output processes

Performing other duties assigned by the Marketing Operations Manager in an orderly and efficient manner

Proactively identify and offer solutions to challenges and bottlenecks in existing processes, and make recommendations on new processes

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with project management software (such as Wrike or Asana), Canva and Adobe is a plus

Coordinate the design, documentation and management of all marketing processes and procedures

Manage the marketing project management software (Wrike), including creating new projects, managing workflows and designing new solutions to create team efficiencies

Manage inventory, storage and distribution of marketing collateral, swag and client gifts

Manage vendor invoicing and budget reporting

Prior experience with email marketing systems like Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)

Manages the development, coordination, implementation, and management of highly advanced and complex annual operational and program budgets.

Oversees record support functions in the areas of records management, central files, records disposition, correspondence and open records requests.

Must have 1 year supervisory/managerial experience. Project leader or lead worker experience may substitute for supervisory/managerial experience.

Contract development and management policies and procedures

Performs other job responsibilities as assigned.

Manages financial and personnel resources to achieve individual and organizational goals

Experience with project management systems - Asana, Jira, Trello, Wrike preferred

Supporting the Regional Merchandising team with in store visits and event management

Project management and ticket creation using the company’s project tracking system (Jira)

Collaborate with CRM Marketing Specialist, Marketing Manager and internal cross-functional teams and external vendors

Maintain knowledge, awareness of overall product and customer (retailer) sales performance

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
