Looking for Marketing Operations Coordinators – Remote Roles

Two (2) years of experience as a Marketing Operations Coordinator from a IT/Tech/SaaS company environments.

Experience with Campaigns, Events, Trade Shows and Webinars

Experience with Marketo or SFDC, or similar systems required.

Slack and Airtable experience a plus

Open to EST or CST time zone candidates only

Or equivalent combination of education and experience

Assign appropriate Account Manager, Project Manager, Client & Print Navigator (if applicable) and gather

3 years of experience in Retail Advertising or Marketing required.

Support the overall planning, control, status reporting and delivery of projects from start to completion to ensure

Schedule intake and kickoff calls with Agency & internal clients and to align on project goals 10%

Identify and escalate problems and issues, work closely with internal clients and PR team to highlight factors

- Support efforts to drive consistency in the definition, collection and management of project information across R&D functions

Providing general project management support for PDT R&D Leadership Team members, as required

Business Operations: Provides project management support for BU-level general infrastructure and business operations projects/initiatives that may include:

-Work with business partners (Finance, Operations, HR) to identify and implement improvements that will enhance R&D execution and productivity

Tracking & monitoring PDT R&D compliance performance related to non-GXP, GXP training requirements

Experience in R&D, commercial, business and/or corporate development / consulting
