Manufacturing Operations Excellence Manager Jobs in Texas

Experience in the areas of process automation, material flow, manufacturing cost reduction, quality improvement programs and safety management.

5+ engineering leadership and management experience

Manage program manufacturing plans, schedules, and material requirements.

Aid in evaluating the plant's technology needs, planning upgrades or enhancements, and partnering with management to implement cost-effective technology solutions.

Combined 20+ years’ experience in an Operations Manager or similar role:

10+ years in Base Board Support Packages Deployment (Golden Image Management)

Manage administrative aspects, including performance plans and reviews.

Manage overall package and product quality to ensure all standards and specifications support the Coca-Cola Quality system.

Improve process and operational consistency to manage and reduce costs associated with labor and OPEX budget.

Minimum of 2 department manager roles in different supply chain functions.

Food, beverage or high speed packaging experience.

Working knowledge of financial reporting with P&L focus.

Experience with Lean manufacturing, 5S and Six Sigma strongly preferred.

· Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

· Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT operational roles, preferably with experience managing an MSP to MSSP transition.

· Experience in implementing fully managed cloud solutions, including SOC and NOC.

· Experience in dealing with VAR capabilities.
