Project Management Skills: Able to handle a manufacturing process to ensure timely and cost-effective production

Desired Skills, Attributes and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years’ experience overseeing manufacturing, shipping and receiving

Proven skills operating and examining production equipment for faults

Organizational Skills: They are adept at coordinating the different stages of manufacture to ensure seamless operations

Exercise considerable initiative/judgement in work methods and in interpreting and delegating work requirements/goals

5+ years of experience in hands-on operational roles in supply chain management in a large consumer goods organization

3+ years of experience in leadership roles responsible for leading operations management/professional level people

Strong experience with change management and influencing organizational culture change

Provide project management and leadership necessary to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans

Provide change management leadership to ensure we achieve and sustain our targeted performance levels

Share process replication opportunities and best practices with other Reyes Holdings facilities to assist them in developing their own capabilities
