· Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong technical writing experience are required

· 10+ years' experience Manufacturing Environment, preferable within a Process Industry

· 5+ years of work experience in Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and/or Total Productive Maintenance)

· Ability to motivate and energize the team for quality improvement through strong interpersonal and leadership skills

Significant experience with continuous quality improvement initiatives, change management, and performance / process improvement

Experience analyzing complex data sets and writing management reports

Lean Six Sigma certification and healthcare / human services experience is preferred.
